Acceptance of Agreement

By using TrendsDecoder, you accept this User Agreement in its entirety. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use TrendsDecoder.

Description of Services

TrendsDecoder aggregates social media data to identify and analyze trends. We provide insights useful for retailers, marketing teams, and demand planners. Our services allow users to make informed decisions based on aggregated and analyzed data from various social media platforms.

Registration

To use certain features of TrendsDecoder, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering and to update your information as necessary.

User Data

We respect the privacy of our users. All data collected by TrendsDecoder will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use of Aggregated Data

You understand that TrendsDecoder aggregates data from various social media platforms and that this data is analyzed and presented in a manner that reveals trends and insights. By using TrendsDecoder, you agree to the use of this aggregated data for the purposes described in this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Restrictions on Use

You may not misuse our services. You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of TrendsDecoder; use TrendsDecoder for illegal purposes; or use our services in any way that could harm us or any third party.

Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in and to TrendsDecoder, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Granularity Ltd.

Limitation of Liability

Granularity Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Warranty Disclaimer

TrendsDecoder is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TrendsDecoder at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this User Agreement from time to time. We will post the most current version on our site. If a modification meaningfully reduces your rights, we'll notify you.

Governing Law
